I submitted my request to you for help and I received a response from the company LightStream in less than 2 hours, excellent communication from them. I have learned from them that they have no advertised customer service phone number to help keep costs low.
In my reply they did however provide a phone number for help if I had any further questions. Your service was the only way to contact them initially, thank you for your support.
Since no one else can find the number, please post it so we can have our issues resolved.

I think I am being scammed a guy named Benjamin gas been calling me all day first 400.00 showed up in my account he wanted me to buy a Walmart money card and put the 400.00 back on it then 500.00 showed up in my account and he wanted me to do the same thing my bank blocked my debit card and everything what should I do

I have a customer who had a loan through Lightstream that then went to Suntrust which is now Truist. I am trying to track down the title for the car they traded.
The Lightstream account # was 8537**** For Tyler & Katie Ring on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, 1C4PJLDS7GW238248.
Can you please direct me as to whom I need to call? I am getting the runaround.

Do I have to use a Walmart prepaid card to pay the insurance part if my credit is not at 750? I was told I would have to purchase this card to pay the insurance part of the loan. Or, I can use Apple Pay to pay it.

I have used Lightstream several times over the past 8 years. The company has given me very competitive auto loan rates and was quick to approve my applications.
For my last loan I paid it off early but overpaid by $2,000 based on the reported payoff.
I asked for a refund. After nearly two months I still do not have my money!

i was contacted by text message by you loan agent named Nancy Brown, yesterday. she offered me a loan fo 5000 usd payable over a 48 months at 120usd a month.
and that i first needed to pay the first month up front. by paying the 120 she guaranteed me that after sending in the 120usd i would receive the 5000 in my account within 30 minutes. so i agreed to this. i sent in the 120usd in btc which is what Nancy Brown had requested.
i double checked with her about gthe crypto payment ans she said yes btc. i send in the payment in btc as per her request. now since i have agreed and have sent the 120 in btc this contract has been set the minute i sent in this payment. now after i send in the money she texts me back telling me that i need to send another 250usd in ordeer to receive this loan.
nows what does this sound like because this sounds like a scam to me now. i havw already fulfilled my end of this contract when i sent this payment of 120usd in bitcoin. now im told that i wont receive anything until i pay another 250usd. this is violation of the truth in lending actn not only that but your loan agent Nancy Brown with phone number 347-941-****, tells me after i explain to her she is in breach of contract by changing the agreement after i sent in the payment and tell that i want a refund of my money since she has broken the contract and will not fulfill the loan agreement.
she tell me that if i dont pay the 250 i will lose the 120 also.. what is this *** are operating a scam loan business here .
there is no contract number either ok before i sent in this 120usd payment i aske her if i there was any loan agreement that i needed to sign she said no not to worry i will receive the loan amount after sending the 129.. i have all this on my phone in a text conversation as evidence to everything that was said during this conversation

Verified ReviewerResolved: To fix a problem I had to hunt down their “secret phone number “ which their Customer Service hates to use.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally got their phone number and gave them corrected information.
THEY did a fine job once I got them! Their Customer Service functioned like any of the good big name banks.

Verified ReviewerApplied for a loan with a 808 credit score, was told my 6 digit income was not enough for my loan amount, never spoke to anyone if anything can be provided to get approval. What a joke....
Ask for additional information to approve a loan that the customer may not have known to add. Provide a customer service number for inquiries regarding denials.
I own my home and have equity; I just didn't use it because I was afraid you might want to give me an equity loan instead of the personal loan I am requesting. The equity available in my home is about $180k.

- Dont contact customer to try and help get loan
Preferred solution: a reconsideration of denial, I know I am good enough for this loan and my income is more than enough. Currently paying $3800 for loan wanted you to buy out.
User's recommendation: Be cautious, ooks like you have to be 100% perfect to get a loan and mess wiith your credit getting hard inquiry.
