Credit denied
- Credit denied for an old July record; reason unclear, verification failed, and no username/password or help number.
Credit denied old one from July of this year, but the reason makes no sense. Unable to verify.
I did it too many times and don't have the correct username or password. Please assist, and there is no phone number to call for help.

Loan denial
- Past loan paid; $40k loan denied; debts: two cards and a car loan with lower balances since July 2, 2025; new app yesterday, defaults to July 2.
To whom it may concern :
I have used you service before and was impressed !! My loan ref number 4497**** , notice this has been paid in full !!
Since that was paid in full.I wanted to take out another loan with you for $40k and submitted loan papers for this to happen on July 2 , 25 , it was denied !!
Why ?I was under the impression because of debt.?? I understood , but my only debt then as is now two credit cards totaling $9490.35 back then and today is $8851.49 !!!these are my cards ! My only other debt is a car loan for $18110.35 back then and now $17509.81 !!! As you can see they are down from July 2,2025 !!
Now I submitted another loan app yesterday and it defaults to the July 2 app !!
Why am I denied again ?? What does one have to do that to prove they are good for these loans ??
Also.my banking is different do fp.not use the previous bank if you inclined to honor my.loan this time around !!.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A printout of all the installments made in last five years with the final balance owed.
Provide a number to customer service for LightStream and not a site the customer may not be familiar with as I was.

Loan Approval
- Told loan was approved and asked for last four of SSN and bank and routing numbers.
- Refused to provide information without paperwork; caller hung up.
I was told I was approved for a loan. The gentleman asked me the last four of my social along with bank and routing number.
I refused to give that without seeing any paperwork and he just told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. Is this typical practice of this company and how do I know its not a scam??

Asking for money
I got a letter in the mail stating a loan request I never sent in. They want me to give them $5.00 and my credit card number just to get this cleared up. This is a scam.

Is this John a scam 770-376-****. Light stream he contacted me this month ringing central time saying that I qualify for a $3000 loan, but the only thing that I have to do is that username and password for my online account and he put in so much money and I go to Walmart and send it back to me and then they send me my loan money. Is this customary of light stream to do this
